Global Communication Senior Analyst

Right now, we are looking for a Global Communication Senior Analyst to coordinate and produce corporate communication strategies and campaigns. The role will have a special focus on those campaigns that carry out ESG, sustainability, wellness, ethics & tech, and inclusion & diversity initiatives.

You will get the chance to:

1. Responsible for creating, building, maintaining, and protecting Globant’s brand awareness.
2. Develop and design communications strategies and events to strengthen the relationship with Globers.
3. Aim to guide all regions to work on cohesive messaging and understanding every area of the organization, as well as analyzing behaviors of the internal audiences.

1. Works with minimal supervision but in close contact with the leader and/or specialist of the team.
2. Helps to review existing processes and propose changes (when needed).
3. Always looking to add value and find creative ways of doing things.
4. Shares best practices.
5. Constantly interacts with key stakeholders.
6. Proactively reports project status.
7. Helps coach and mentor other less experienced members of the team.
8. Make decisions without constant supervision.
