As a Digital Strategy Senior Manager, you will be responsible for connecting the Digital Transformation projects in Latin America (3 Operations, 30+ Countries, more than 10 Bottlers, including 2 of Top bottlers worldwide) with the core business.
In this position, you will be acting as a consultant/partner for the Digital team and creating a strong value exchange between the core and the edge by:
- Nurturing with data/insights from the different markets
- Creating frameworks of thinking to better organize the transformational initiatives
- Linking the initiatives/programs development with the LATAM Operating Unit planning process and routines (e.g.: Long Range Plans, Annual Business Plan deployment process)
- Reporting performance and understanding risks and opportunities to recommend course correction and challenging Digital Online-To-Offline team to reach ambitious targets
This role will be reporting to Digital Strategy LATAM Director and will be part of Digital Online-to-Offline LATAM Extended Leadership Team working directly day-to-day with Digital Online-to-Offline LATAM VP. Flexible Location within Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Mexico.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Guide the Digital team in creating a short and long-term strategy path
- Provide Business Intelligence consultancy solutions within the Digital business spectrum
- Identifying risks and opportunities for digital business growth
- Explore innovation through Advanced analytics / AI to generate business insights
- Linking the Digital solutions to the Core Marketing/ Commercial/ Franchise strategies and plans
- Communicate internally with the Digital community and connecting back to the core functions
- Align with Franchise Integration leaders on the best connection with Bottling groups (Forums, stakeholders, etc.)
- Briefing for data/insights solutions with Platform Services and External partners
- Ensure alignment with Online-To-Offline Central Team in terms of Long-Range Plans/ Annual Business Plan/ Performance understanding
- Work very close to Digital Finance to ensure alignment and holistic business point of view
- LATAM President’s Office, Strategy & Finance - Leading key routines & strategy communication
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required. MBA degree desirable.
- +8-10 years of Business and/or functional experience in Strategy or Business Intelligence area. Ideally to have experience on Digital Transformation/Commerce projects (B2B/D2C/B2C) or Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge about syndicated market sizes and business intelligence sources (Euromonitor, eMarketer, Digital communities)
- Analytics and reporting solutions know-how. Translate numbers into business impact situations.
- Storytelling champion to simplify and translate technical/technology language into business language
- Problem framing and solving capabilities
- Ability to manage conflicts
- Communication skills - assertive & bold. Influence skill is a must
- Work as a network - Team player
- Agile/Scrum/Design thinking mastery to guide the teams to projects completion
