We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Data Engineer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and optimize DBT models for data transformations.
2. Work with Snowflake to manage and optimize cloud-based data storage.
3. Implement robust data modeling practices to ensure data integrity and performance.
4. Write and optimize SQL queries for large-scale data transformations.
5. Automate data workflows and integrations.
6. Collaborate with data analysts and business users to understand transformation needs.

Requirements:

1. DBT Expertise: Strong experience in developing and maintaining DBT models.
2. SQL Skills: Advanced SQL proficiency for data transformations.
3. Snowflake: Experience in managing and optimizing data storage in Snowflake.
4. Git Version Control: Familiarity with Git for managing DBT model versioning.
5. Proficiency with AI Productivity Enablement tools: Experience using AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.

Optional Requirements:

1. Azure Cloud Services: Basic understanding of Azure data-related services.
2. API Development: Experience integrating external data sources via APIs.
3. CI/CD for Data Pipelines: Some familiarity with automating DBT deployments.
