Job summary

A leading financial institution in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst, exclusively for UAE Nationals. This role focuses on manpower planning and organizational structures, requiring strong analytical skills and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will manage head count forecasting, collaborate with business units, and contribute to the Emiratization agenda. This position demands excellent communication skills and proficiency in tools like Excel and Visio.

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in a relevant field.
  • Ability to engage across organization levels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the head count planning model to forecast head count.
  • Collect head count requests from all divisions for manpower budget preparation.

Overview

Description available. Role : Senior Workforce Planning Analyst (UAE National only)

Location : Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose:
Work in partnership with all business units on areas related to manpower planning & organizational structures to make recommendations to ADIB management.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage the head count planning model to forecast head count for ADIB
  • Collect head count requests from all divisions and provide detailed and summarized input for department for the preparation of the manpower budget
  • Control the manpower plan and review with the management at regular intervals the variance of actual head count against budget plan for each quarter to ensure the manpower ceiling for each year is adhered to and conduct meetings to discuss the variances with divisions
  • Work with all ADIB divisions in updating their organization charts and make sure it reflects the main objectives for their organizations
  • Liaise with all ADIB divisions to verify Head count statistics for all their staff details on monthly basis
  • Promote equality and propose ideas to management in order to embrace the Emiratization agenda within the workforce planning process
  • Report on variance of actual head count against Emiratization head count target for each division to management
  • Prepare HR costing for Budget and provide management by analysis on staff costing.
  • Work in partnership with organizations and colleagues to identify and resolve workforce-planning trends
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
  • Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets like (Excel)
  • knowledge of how to create and modify organizational structures with systems such as (Visio)
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to engage across organization levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Required Education

BS in Mathematics Computer Science Information Management/Statistics or another relevant field

Required Experience

Minimum 3-5 years in relevant field.
