Job summary
A specialist chain of coffee shops in Dubai is seeking experienced Baristas to join their growing team. - Handle cash and POS transactions accurately where required
- Support team members during busy service periods
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and UAE food safety standards
- Previous experience as a barista in a café or specialty coffee environment
- Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks and coffee preparation techniques
- Ability to deliver high standards of customer service consistently
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
