Introduction: Are you a seasoned commercial leader with deep expertise in corporate legal and financial services and a strong track record of shaping complex client solutions? Join CSC’s Global Financial Solutions (GFS) team in UAE as a Market Director (UAE), where you will lead high-impact pursuits, influence strategic client engagements, and drive growth across our multinational client base, Fund/Asset Manager and Financial Institutions.

In this senior role, you’ll collaborate with sales executives, service delivery leaders, and subject matter experts to design innovative commercial solutions, strengthen client and business partner relationships, and position CSC as a trusted advisor in the corporate legal, funds and fiduciary services space. With 10–15 years of experience in sales, business development, and client solutions, you will be a key commercial driver of revenue growth, client satisfaction, and market expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive new sales and revenue across CSC’s corporate, legal, funds and fiduciary services in the UAE and broader GCC region.
  • Identify and win new business mandates targeting existing client accounts across all business lines.
  • Develop and maintain strong, client-centric relationships with corporate clients, fund/asset managers, law firms, intermediaries, and referral partners.
  • Leverage a strong regional network to build a high-value pipeline of opportunities, with a focus on cross-border business and strategic accounts.
  • Lead complex sales opportunities across UAE and wider GCC region, from qualification through close, ensuring alignment with client needs and CSC’s service capabilities.
  • Shape and deliver strategic proposals that address multinational corporate legal and governance requirements, collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in client engagements, presenting CSC’s Global Financial Solutions at a senior level and advising on best practices, delivery approaches, and value-added services.
  • Oversee commercial structuring, including pricing strategy, negotiation support, and contractual considerations, ensuring both client value and commercial sustainability.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to drive pipeline strategy, conduct win/loss reviews, and identify opportunities to expand client and business partner relationships.
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders—legal, compliance, operations, and technology—to ensure seamless implementation and delivery readiness.
  • Contribute to market positioning, leveraging industry insights and competitor analysis to influence strategic business development initiatives.
  • Represent CSC in regional and global client forums, industry events, and senior-level planning sessions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working in the UAE and/or wider Middle East region, with regional relationships and a strong understanding of the Middle East market, client base, business partners and regulatory environment.
  • 10–15 years of experience in sales, business development, and client solutions within corporate legal, funds, fiduciary, or professional services.
  • Proven track record leading complex, multi-jurisdictional client engagements and securing significant commercial wins.
  • Strong background in corporate governance, entity management, funds and legal compliance services.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior client and business partner stakeholders.
  • Experience developing tailored proposals, leading RFP responses, and structuring complex commercial arrangements.
  • Skilled at working within global, matrixed organizations and cross‑border teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance client and business partner needs and operational delivery requirements.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages highly advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and commercial analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience advising Multinational clients, Fund/Asset Managers and Financial Institutions on corporate legal entity management, governance frameworks, or cross-border compliance.
  • Established network within the corporate legal or fiduciary services industry.
