A recruitment firm is seeking a Researcher/Resourcer for Legal Recruitment, focusing on high-profile searches across the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recruitment experience, including 1 year in the legal sector, and must operate on UAE hours. This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and excellent written communication capabilities.

We are expanding our Legal & In‑House recruitment practice and are looking for an experienced Researcher / Resourcer to support high‑profile legal searches across the Middle East. We require someone with strong experience in the legal sector and solid knowledge of regional Middle East hiring.
Remote role but must be worked on UAE hours: 9am–5pm Gulf Standard Time (GST).
Support meaningful, high‑impact searches for major local and international clients. Work closely with a high‑performing legal recruitment team with strong GCC market presence. Full remote flexibility while staying connected to a collaborative team. Clear structure, strong support, and opportunities for growth.
