What you'll do:

1. Lead Product Analytics team across multiple domains within the EA ecosystem, collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
2. Develop strategies to leverage data analysis and visualization as a strategic advantage for Careem.
3. Grow and coach analysts to become storytellers of data, providing actionable insights.
4. Collaborate with leadership to ensure the Product Analytics team's work impacts organizational strategy.
5. Partner with senior business leaders to manage project intake, prioritize initiatives, and allocate staffing.
6. Execute product strategies through data insights and data-driven concepts.
7. Define, instrument, and maintain business-critical metrics using SQL and other tools.
8. Work with data engineering teams on ETLs, pipelines, and automation to ensure accurate and scalable data understanding.
9. Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate results to leadership and provide technical mentorship.
10. Monitor data quality, diagnose issues, and implement solutions.
11. Answer complex business questions with ad-hoc SQL queries to support decision-making.

1. 10+ years of experience in analytics roles, preferably in tech.
2. 5+ years of experience managing analytical teams.
3. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and experience with large datasets.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
5. Experience creating impactful dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
6. Project management skills to drive end-to-end projects.
7. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
8. Team-oriented with a passion for mentoring and big-picture thinking.
9. Experience in building and growing analytics teams.
10. Track record of delivering high-impact data projects and iterating on products.
11. Experience attracting and retaining top talent.
12. Leadership qualities fostering ownership, collaboration, and results.
13. Strong leadership, critical thinking, and judgment skills.
