A leading energy company in the UAE is seeking an experienced manager to oversee major works and production processes from initiation to completion. This role involves leading site teams, ensuring compliance with design and execution standards, and resolving technical issues. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and has at least 6 years of relevant experience. The work environment varies between an A/C environment and occasional exposure to outdoor conditions.

Manages and controls production process discipline aspects of all major works at sites from conception till implementation and handover to operations. Ensures all major works design and execution are in accordance with industry and company standards, practices and procedures.
