Location: Ajman Free Zone, UAE
Global Flavours & Fragrances Factory is seeking a Production Engineer to join our flavours manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role focused on the production and mixing of flavour ingredients such as essential oils, aroma chemicals, and food additives.
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in food production, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to manage production needs through ERP systems. Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with relevant educational backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute and monitor flavour production batches according to SOPs and formulations.
Operate and clean mixing equipment in line with strict hygiene and safety protocols.
Accurately handle raw material measurements and maintain detailed batch records.
Ensure full compliance with GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards.
Coordinate closely with QC and R&D teams to ensure consistency and quality of finished products.
Monitor inventory levels and production requirements using an ERP/accounting system.
Communicate effectively with internal departments to align materials, timelines, and targets.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with flavour production or food manufacturing is a plus.
Experience using ERP/accounting systems is an advantage.
Strong sense of accuracy, safety, and hygiene.
Proficiency in English; ability to follow written procedures and documentation.
Physically fit to perform production duties, including standing for long periods.
