Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western educated / preferably native Arabic speaking Human Resource Director for their client in Dubai, which owns and operates a chain of medical centers, polyclinics, and day surgery centers. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 12 plus years of HR leadership experience in UAE, preferably in Dubai.
The candidate must have experience within a healthcare setting in UAE, preferably working with a large group with multiple healthcare facilities covering all medical specialties. The Human Resource Director will lead the planning and development of the HR policies, contracts, recruitment and retention, ensure legal compliance, and implement the healthcare group’s mission and talent strategy.
The candidate will also be responsible for setting up the performance management systems for all healthcare and non-healthcare professionals working within the group. The position reports to the CEO and the CMO. The candidate is expected to be up to date with the setting up and operation of the latest HRIS. This is a hands-on role, and the candidate will be single-handedly responsible for setting up the HR Department. Human resource personnel with experience in setting up and leading the HR Department in a large healthcare startup would have an advantage.
