Community Specialist

We’re on the hunt for a Junior Community Manager to amplify our brands' online presence, build our audiences, and make an unforgettable impact. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of community engagement, driving authentic connections, managing online discussions, and ensuring our brands shine across the digital landscape.
Languages: Fluent in English, plus ideally fluent in Arabic (will consider Russian & Farsi)
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Community Management
- Represent our brands with energy and authenticity across social platforms, handling comments, mentions, and direct messages like a pro.
- Initiate and spark conversations that inspire, engage, and grow our online communities, turning every interaction into a positive experience.
- Respond quickly and thoughtfully to issues, ensuring a smooth experience for all followers and fans.
App and Online Reviews
- Be the voice that responds to reviews on Google Play, the App Store, and other review platforms, building a loyal, engaged fanbase.
- Take the lead in boosting our ratings on platforms like TrustPilot with creative strategies that drive positive feedback.
- Foster relationships with reviewers, ensuring their experiences are heard, valued, and amplified.
Reputation and Crisis Management
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring online mentions across forums, social media, and review sites, ensuring our brands are always well-represented.
- Transform negative comments into opportunities for brand growth and engagement with smart, thoughtful responses.
- Build a positive buzz by driving uplifting conversations on social media.
- Detect and remove fraudulent accounts, fake profiles, and anything that threatens the integrity of our brand online.
Community Building & Cross-Selling Campaigns
- Create and execute strategies to ignite vibrant conversations with high-value clients on numerous digital platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to turn social interactions into meaningful customer journeys and conversion opportunities.
- Share tailored product offerings with our audience in a way that deepens their connection with our brands and adds value.
- Contribute to PR efforts by providing responses that resonate with our audience and keep our messaging consistent.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- We want someone experienced in marketing, social communications, or customer service.
- Familiarity with social media tools and community-building platforms like Amplifi, App Radar, Google Search, and chatbots.
- It will be a big bonus if you’re familiar with liquidity platforms, institutional trading, or financial markets.
Soft Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft engaging and inspiring messages.
- Fluency in English and either Arabic or Russian.
- Natural fun communicator, with the energy for online communities.
