We're seeking a motivated and organized HR cum Operations Manager to join our dynamic Business Center team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations, while also overseeing all HR functions for our staff.

Responsibilities:

HR Management:

• Recruitment and onboarding of new staff
• Employee relations
• Maintaining employee records
• Overseeing payroll processing (where needed)

Operations Management:

• Overseeing daily office operations
• Managing facilities and ensuring a professional work environment
• Maintaining office supplies and equipment
• Coordinating with vendors and service providers
• Should be able to communication in English, Urdu, and Hindi
• Ability to build strong relationships with staff, clients, and external partners
• Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience working in HR and operations management in the UAE
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Having your own valid UAE visa will be preferred
