Ontime Group is looking for a dedicated and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our clinic in this role you will be responsible for managing patient interactions ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care and support throughout their healthcare journey. You will play a vital role in creating a positive patient experience and facilitating communication between patients and medical professionals.

• Welcome patients with a warm and professional demeanor helping them feel comfortable and valued
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments managing the clinics calendar effectively
• Assist patients in completing necessary paperwork and ensure accuracy of patient information
• Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to enhance communication
• Provide information regarding clinic services treatment options and follow-up care
• Handle patient inquiries and concerns efficiently and with empathy
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Support administrative tasks related to patient care and clinic operations

• Proven experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or in a similar role within a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management systems
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on patient satisfaction
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in Arabic and English is an advantage
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards relevant to patient care is preferred
