An innovative technology firm in Dubai is seeking a Research Engineer to support Product Development and Technology Strategy within the automotive sector. The role involves conducting in-depth market research, analyzing trends, and providing data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3-5 years of experience in research or product development. This full-time position requires strong analytical and communication skills along with a passion for automotive innovation.
The Research Engineer / Data Researcher / Research Analyst will play a key role in supporting Product Development Innovation and Technology Strategy within the automotive domain. The role is responsible for conducting in-depth market competitor and technology research analyzing industry trends and delivering data-driven insights that inform product conceptualization engineering decisions and long-term R&D initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills a solid technical understanding of automotive systems and the ability to translate complex research findings into actionable recommendations. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including Engineering Design Sales Marketing Quality and Supply Chain to ensure alignment of research insights with business and product objectives.
