YouTube Presenter & Content Creator - Chinese Speaking

We are seeking a content creator and spokesperson for Capital.com on social media channels, including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, targeted at Chinese speakers. The role will be based in our office in Dubai.

• Representing Capital.com in Asia, being the guardian of our Chinese language social media presence in the region, and supporting the positioning of the brand
• Presenting engaging daily video content around the financial markets, covering various topics, including stocks, currency pairs, commodities, cryptocurrencies, and market indices
• Create written content for Chinese social media sites
• Planning together with the Capital.com team the programming for social media channels
• Creating, shooting and editing vertical videos, including identification of themes, script writing, prior research, regulatory compliance and post-production
• Staying on top of emerging news and trends on all platforms, from TikTok to YouTube
• Appearing on camera for videos (e.g. TikTok/Reels/YouTube)
• Responding to comments on social media channels in a timely manner
• Answer any questions about how the service works and resolve clients' issues promptly via live chat, emails, and calls
• Build client trust and satisfaction through professional support and training
• Be keenly aware of the competitive landscape and understand financial markets
• Collect clients' feedback and analyse how clients' experience can be improved
• Keep open communication between the departments to resolve any issues

• Fluent/native Mandarin and English a prerequisite. Cantonese language ability would be an added benefit
• Experience in producing videos for social networks, with a portfolio that demonstrates your experience (Please include a link to your social networks and/or portfolio along with your application)

• A solid understanding of social media and how to use it to communicate with a primarily male audience
• An understanding of and an interest in the financial markets and a hunger to present your ideas around them every day
• Access to professional recording equipment
• Knowledge of the financial markets and trading, or proficient in using tools to research and producing such content
