Yacht Crew Chef

AHS, a prestigious real estate company, is seeking a talented and experienced Yacht Crew Chef to join our team. As a Yacht Crew Chef, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious and delicious meals for the yacht's crew, ensuring that they are well-fed and energized for their work onboard. This role is essential for maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere and requires excellent culinary skills, creativity, and the ability to cater to diverse dietary needs.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and prepare daily meals for the yacht crew, considering nutritional needs and dietary restrictions.
2. Create a varied and appealing menu that caters to the crew's preferences.
3. Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
4. Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory for kitchen supplies.
5. Collaborate with the crew to coordinate meal times and special requests.
6. Maintain a positive and organized kitchen environment, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
7. Stay informed on culinary trends and introduce innovative dishes as appropriate.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a yacht or similar environment.
2. Strong knowledge of dietary requirements and food safety practices.
3. Exceptional cooking skills with a focus on nutrition.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Culinary certification is preferred.
8. Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as required.
