Job description

Communication: Ensure effective communication with senior and subordinate staff for smooth operation of the workshop floor.
Quality: Ensure quality work for enhanced customer satisfaction and retention by minimizing repeat jobs, hence increasing total workshop efficiency.
Training and Coaching: Provide moral support and occasional on-job assistance to build up confidence.
Maintain cleanliness: Ensure cleanliness and tidiness on the shop floor.
Uniforms: Ensure technicians wear clean specified uniforms.
Discipline: Ensure technicians maintain good discipline (e.g., not shouting, smoking, wandering, littering, etc.).
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that equipment is working properly.
Tool and Safety Gear Use: Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety gear.
Hazard-Free Environment: Ensure the workshop floor is free of hazards (e.g., oil, parts, hoses, wires on the floor).
Staff and Customer Discipline: Ensure staff (and customer) discipline (e.g., no smoking on the shop floor, standing below the lift, not using wheel chocks, etc.).
