Workshop Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Allocates jobs to subordinates according to their skills & levels to assure efficient & effective work.
• Makes sure promises to customers are kept & feeds back to service advisor any difficulties/hitches to avoid undesired customers’ surprises.
• Solves & diagnoses technical difficulties/problems encountered by subordinates for smooth & faster repair/maintenance.
• Manages workshop resources for high utilization, efficiency thus productivity which helps in achieving planned targets.
• Conducts on-job training & illustrates released TSBs to subordinates to improve their technical knowledge.
• Feeds back ideas/suggestions to Asst. Workshop Manager for workshop processes improvement.
• Prepares & submits administrative reports to Asst. Workshop Manager used for service processes analysis & development.
• Supervises usage of workshop assets to ensure they are maintained in good condition.

Requirements

• Physically fit & hard worker.
• Responsible & reliable.
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
• Above 5 years as WS supervisor/Forman in Auto-Service Centers / Garages.
• Arabic and English proficiency.
• UAE Driving License.
