Workshop Supervisor

Hold a relevant educational qualification from a well-recognized and reputable academic institution that is fit for the required job function.

Experience:

At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an industrial environment.

Knowledge Requirements:

1. Understanding of various systems and spare parts.
2. Local supplier knowledge.

Licenses:

UAE valid light vehicle driving license is a must.

Skills:

1. Innovative and continuous improvement mindset.
2. Effective problem identification, problem-solving, and improvement implementation.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Google Suite and apps.
4. Proficient in software applications e.g. JD Edwards, Navision.

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

1. Report any HSE incident immediately as per VESE HSE procedures.
2. Implement and coordinate QHSE policy and procedures onsite.
3. Follow the job safety plans and requirements laid down in the Permit to Work form and familiarize himself/herself with the hazards associated with the work before the commencement of work.
