Workplace Interior Designer

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completion of a degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline – or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience in office or commercial interior design, especially design experience with tech company and prior experience in workplace consulting are preferred. Candidates with first tier design firms or corporate real estate experience is an advantage.
• Understand workplace strategies, trends, solutions and interior design related knowledge. Candidates with design standardization experience is an advantage.
• Ability to problem-find and problem-solve, formulate cultural and user insights and develop strategic solutions.
• Highly organized and self-driven, ability to execute multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Possessed ACAD/ Revit/Sketchup/ Adobe suites/ 3D visualization ability and working knowledge of color and design principles.
• Able to travel across different regions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in different regions, and familiar with building regulatory knowledge.
• Familiar with project management processes, project budgeting and cost control.
