On behalf of our client, a global fuel company based in Dubai, we are looking to recruit a Western Female Executive Office Assistant. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for office administration, travel management, car bookings, visa applications, and diary management.
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE and have 4 years of experience working as a junior executive assistant or a senior administrator for a corporate organization.
