Key Responsibilities:
Accept the Support Request received from sales.
Review the inquiry/tender documents received from the sales team.
Discuss inquiries with the salesperson to align and understand all the details related (Go to Market, Targeted Price, Competition, T&Cs, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information to come up with a suitable BOQ.
Collaborate with 3rd party entities to get offers required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and project management, to gather necessary technical data and support documentation for proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather all required data sheets, selection sheets, lead time details, etc.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tender submissions.
