Welder Fabricator

• Perform fabrication of stainless steel and boat parts as per specifications
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams
• Operate hand and power tools, including gas cutting, grinding, drilling, and polishing equipment
• Carry out TIG welding and fitting work where required
• Ensure components are fabricated with precision, alignment, and proper finishing
• Maintain safety and quality standards during fabrication processes
• Work in coordination with welders, supervisors, and other team members
• Report daily progress, issues, and material requirements to the supervisor
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and safe

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of practical experience in metal fabrication
• Strong understanding of fabrication tools, materials, and techniques
• Ability to read and work from fabrication drawings or sketches
• Skilled in using tools like cutters, grinders, drills, TIG welding machines, etc.
• Experience in boat or stainless steel fabrication is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of English or Hindi (spoken)
• GCC experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Must be willing to attend an offline trade test in Delhi or Mumbai
• Physically fit and able to work in a workshop environment
