Welder - Entry Level

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Welder to join our team in Dubai. As an entry level Welder, you will be responsible for assisting senior welders in various welding tasks, as well as completing basic welding projects under their supervision. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in welding and gain hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist senior welders in setting up and operating welding equipment
2. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
3. Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, and shaping them according to specifications
4. Perform basic welding tasks such as MIG and TIG welding, brazing, and soldering under the supervision of senior welders
5. Inspect welded surfaces for defects and make necessary repairs
6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols
7. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent education
2. Previous experience in welding is not required but preferred
3. Basic knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
4. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
5. Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods of time
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Compensation:

Salary: $1500 per month (tax-free)
Accommodation: Provided by the company (shared apartment)
Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Contract duration: 1 year with possibility of extension
