As our Webcare Agent with Dutch, you will handle customer reviews, ensuring that customers' bad experiences with our brand don’t impact our business’ reputation. You are the voice and face of vidaXL for customers who share their experiences with our brand on social media, review sites, 3rd party sales channels, or any other unrelated websites.
You will:
- Handle reviews (all types) and posts left by our customers on the following channels:
- Social Media
- 3rd Party Sales Channels
- Review Sites
- Other (e.g., blogs)
Reach out to customers via phone and email.Act as an ambassador of vidaXL with customers.Understand customers’ issues and the root causes generating their bad experiences, and provide satisfactory solutions.Report regularly to your Team Lead patterns and issues you notice that need improvements for a better customer experience.Together with your Team Lead and your team, support Channel Management with Webcare-related data to ensure improvements.We offer:

We ask:
- You need to speak English and Dutch fluently to serve our customers effectively.
- It is important that you live in Romania and are allowed to work there; otherwise, you will not be able to join our team.
- One day/month to work from our office in Cluj-Napoca.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving ability.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to find a balance between keeping both customer and business happy.
- Analytical thinking for spotting trends and patterns.
