Web3 Marketing/Community Executive

Our client is a leading Web3 related Service provider based in Dubai. With a global client base and first-class reputation across the crypto sector, they are seeking a Community / Marketing Executive to join their busy team.

Responsibilities:

1. Community Building: Cultivate a vibrant and engaged community around the client areas of expertise. This involves managing social media channels (Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others), assisting in hosting private industry invite-only events, and fostering discussions on forums and Discord/Telegram channels.
2. Content Strategy: Develop and oversee a cohesive content creation strategy that keeps the community updated about the Web3 subject matter. This includes blog posts, videos, podcasts, social media content, and thought leadership pieces.
3. Thought Leadership: Establish the client and its key personnel as thought leaders in the Web3 space. Secure speaking engagements, participate in panels at industry conferences, and contribute articles to reputable industry publications.
4. Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and community engagement activities. Use insights to optimize strategies and improve engagement.

Experience:

• At least 2 years experience in Web3 and a demonstrative background in engaging and managing communities (Telegram in particular).
• Must have experience of attending global Web3 events and knowledge of the top events to attend.
• Experience of growing social channels would be advantageous.
• Can be based in UAE or overseas.
