Role Summary

We are looking for a highly creative Web Designer with a strong background in web design, graphic design, video editing, and front-end development. In this role, you will ensure our growing portfolio of brands remains innovative, visually engaging, and user-centric. Collaborating closely with a talented team, you will conceptualize and deliver exceptional designs and digital solutions that exceed stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to conceptualize and implement creative design ideas.
2. Develop user journeys, wireframes, interfaces, and prototypes for web, email, and other digital platforms, prioritizing usability and seamless user experience.
3. Create high-quality promotional videos and compelling motion graphics.
4. Consistently follow and apply branding guidelines, design standards, and best practices across all design mediums.
5. Iterate on designs based on user challenges and feedback, delivering optimal user experiences.
6. Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry standards.

Requirements

1. 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, motion graphics, web coding, and animations.
2. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and excellent visual design sense.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
4. Experience with front-end coding (HTML5 & CSS) and familiarity with Adobe Dreamweaver.
5. Demonstrable video editing skills with a strong portfolio.
6. Expertise in video technology and motion graphics software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
7. Ability to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
8. Proactive, confident, and adaptable with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
9. A portfolio showcasing your work or your team's projects is required.

5. Basic understanding of SEO principles.
