About Us:
We Aspire is a Dubai-based training institute specializing in healthcare, family aid, and community training programs. We are seeking a skilled Web and Mobile Application Developer who is proficient in creating and maintaining responsive websites and mobile applications. Fluency in Tagalog is essential to better serve our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain a responsive website for We Aspire.
2. Build and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
3. Ensure seamless integration between the website and mobile applications.
4. Regularly update and optimize platforms for enhanced performance and user experience.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new features and improvements.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
7. Ensure platforms are secure and adhere to best practices in development.

Requirements:

1. Strong experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular).
2. Proficiency in mobile app development using Flutter, React Native, or similar frameworks.
3. Knowledge of backend technologies and database management (e.g., Firebase, SQL, RESTful APIs).
4. Experience with version control tools like Git.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
6. Fluency in Tagalog (spoken and written).
7. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with SEO optimization for websites.
2. Experience in UX/UI design principles.
3. Knowledge of deploying applications to the App Store and Google Play Store.
