Duties & Responsibilities
Developing project planning and controlling.
Managing assigned individual contributors in various departments (Production, Installation, Operation and Maintenance, and Projects) to ensure the completion of work in a timely and efficient manner.
Reviewing and utilizing financial data to improve profitability; preparing and controlling operational budgets; planning effective strategies for the finances of the projects.
Providing strategic input by liaising with management; assisting in the development of strategic plans for operational activity; implementing and managing project operational plans.
Monitoring, managing, and improving the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts, and Finance; facilitating coordination and communication between support functions.
Overseeing organizational policies and ensuring health and safety committee meetings are held and tasks assigned.
Planning, organizing, and supporting project management and status review meetings.
Providing strategic oversight, coordination, and maintenance of identified projects.
Managing day-to-day activities, analyzing statistics, and preparing reports.
