Warranty and Repair Officer

Accountabilities:

1. Review & analyze Aircraft Defects to manage efficient Repairs under Warranty, Maintenance Agreements or Time & Material Repair Orders.
2. Review repair quotations for exchanged items/non-warranty/rejected warranty orders and over and above contractual orders (Pool Agreements).
3. Manage Repair activities (repair cycle/quotations/supplier engagement/make or buy/vendor selection).
4. Review inputs maintenance checks packages and identify claimable repairs and submit warranty claim against vendors, where appropriate.
5. Compile Material & Man-hours data of Airframe/components/engines required for components and systems reliability issues where the vendors have acknowledged liability to submit claim as necessary.
