Warehousemen Logistic Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouseman and logistics coordinator to manage our warehouse operations and coordinate logistics activities. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient storage, handling, and shipment of goods, maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations:
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
• Ensure proper storage of goods to maximize space and maintain orderliness.
• Logistics Coordination:
• Plan and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to coordinate logistics.
• Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and labels.
• Health and Safety Compliance:
• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean warehouse.
• Operate equipment (e.g., forklifts) safely and efficiently.
• Identify and report potential hazards or maintenance needs.
• Work closely with procurement, sales, and customer service teams.
• Train and supervise junior staff or temporary workers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse and logistics roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
• Knowledge of logistics regulations and documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with supply chain management principles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
