Job Responsibilities

1. Report anomalies as per the company and department Key Performance Indicator.
2. Complete online HSE courses as assigned.
3. Complete actions assigned (for PSW) from Weekly Management walk downs either in progress or completed.
4. Attend internal HSE drills per year as assigned on the Key Performance Indicator.
5. Limit spills (20L) from PSW teams per year.
6. Ensure actions assigned in HSE Tracker to assigned area are updated (actions without SR / WO will not be penalized).
7. Enforce good housekeeping in the warehouse at all times.
8. Implement the new COVID-19 safety regulations as stipulated by the UAE authorities.
9. Perform a daily forklift safety inspection first thing in the morning.
10. Lead at least one Tool Box Talk per month on any subject of choice.
11. Perform and/or supervise works related to warehouse building and oil and chemical storage area modifications, improvements, or repairs.
12. Inspect and receive new deliveries within 7 working days after delivery.
13. Ensure that the inspection report is completed within 8 days after receiving.
14. Maintain stock levels in the warehouse as per the minimum and maximum stock levels in Maximo.
15. Participate in emergency drills and, if necessary, be trained in first aid and firefighting techniques.
16. Ensure that the plant chemical requirements by the operation team are delivered on time as per the requests in Maximo.
17. Create/prepare the purchase requisition for stock items based on the minimum and maximum stock quantity levels using the Maximo system.
18. Prepare materials, spares, and consumables based on bookings done by maintenance discipline and other departments on a daily basis.
