Warehouse Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure smooth inbound, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely deliveries.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Conduct stock audits and support cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of warehouse activities.
• Conduct safety briefings, enforce PPE compliance, and report incidents as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in retail.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, or retail warehouse operations preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
