Warehouse Team Leader

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Warehouse Team Leader to join our team! As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will play a critical role in coordinating the movement of goods, managing orders, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe workplace.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and staff performance.
• Address operational issues such as delays, equipment malfunctions, and staff concerns.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Candidates with experience in retail logistics and mall delivery operations are preferred; eCommerce logistics experience will not be considered.
