Support the ISL Manager with the day-to-day running of the department and ensure the smooth running and safety of the Warehouse at all times. Perform all duties of Warehouse Operator and Distribution Clerk as needed.

Operational Responsibilities

1. Perform quality control checks within the warehouse.
2. Utilize a personal computer, the warehouse management system, and a time tracking system to conduct warehouse operations to ensure all records are up to date and accurate.
3. Communicate with others to ensure the smooth, effective, and safe running of Warehouse operations.
4. Monitor payroll/hours, extract information, and process reports.
5. Configure and troubleshoot distribution center hardware to include barcode scanners, label printers, personal computers, and pick ticket printers.

People Management & Development

1. Monitor employee activity to minimize company loss due to theft and damage to company property.
2. Manage the daily work activities of one or more employees within the warehouse (i.e., processing, returning, and packing) to performance metrics in the areas of throughput, cost, and customer service.

Minimum Requirements

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent
2. 1-3 years' experience in supervisory skills within a distribution or manufacturing environment

Job-Specific Skills

1. Excellent written and verbal English
2. Must have an understanding of all WMS functions and how they relate to operational procedures including receiving, order processing, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and reverse logistics.
