Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse facility to ensure efficient storage and distribution of goods. You will be supervising a team of warehouse staff, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize the supply chain process. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety and quality standards within the warehouse, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing FMCG goods.
• Ensure all goods are properly handled, labeled, and stored according to company standards.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and support when needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet demand.
• Plan and coordinate the dispatch of goods to customers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
• Monitor warehouse performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain processes and minimize costs.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall company goals and objectives.

Qualifications for Warehouse Supervisor (FMCG):

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse operations within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and software.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
