Warehouse Supervisor - Automation (Supply Chain) - TP

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with hands-on experience managing operations in an automated warehouse environment. If you're passionate about efficiency, innovation, and team leadership, this role is for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Control the inbound and outbound shifts through conveyor system
• Follow protocol when arranging orders through the putwall light system
• Improvise on best practice through automation
• Quality checks and packing
• Arrange and supervise the receipts, storage, and dispatches of products to achieve the company's business plan.
• Deputize the Distribution Centre Manager in his absence.
• Plan the daily effective use of resources, manage and handle floor and delivery operations to maximize productivity.
• Plan daily incoming truck offloading to maximize staff productivity; schedule the routing effectively and efficiently to meet delivery lead-time targets and maximize fleet utilization.
• Generate pick slips and distribute them to the picking team to support the delivery schedule.
• Ensure quantity of goods loaded/received matches order quantity; conduct and reconcile cycle counts weekly to achieve inventory record accuracy.
• Verify and confirm the quantity and quality of goods returned from trade as per documents to avoid customer complaints and stock variations.
• Ensure all invoices are returned to the warehouse on the same day of delivery signed by the customer as proof of delivery.
• Ensure that picking and delivery staff are regularly trained/qualified, and their performance is regularly reviewed to achieve desired picking/delivery accuracy.
• Create all kinds of stocks and productivity-related reports.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

• Graduate in B. Com or Equivalent Experience.
• 3 years supervisory experience in Logistics & Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of Wamas, Manhattan, and Excel.
• Must have automation experience with conveyor belts and the Putwall area.
