Warehouse Supervisor - Automation (Supply Chain) - TP

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with hands-on experience managing operations in an automated warehouse environment. If you're passionate about efficiency, innovation, and team leadership, this role is for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Control the inbound and outbound shifts through the conveyor system.
2. Follow protocol when arranging orders through the putwall light system.
3. Improvise on best practices through automation.
4. Conduct quality checks and packing.
5. Arrange and supervise the receipts, storage, and dispatches of products to achieve the company’s business plan.
6. Deputize the Distribution Centre Manager in their absence.
7. Plan the daily effective use of resources, manage and handle floor and delivery operations to maximize productivity.
8. Plan daily incoming truck offloading to maximize staff productivity; schedule routing effectively and efficiently to meet delivery lead-time targets and maximize fleet utilization.
9. Generate pick slips and distribute them to the picking team to support the delivery schedule.
10. Ensure the quantity of goods loaded/received matches the order quantity to facilitate cycle counts conducted and reconciled weekly for inventory record accuracy.
11. Verify and confirm the quantity and quality of goods returned from trade as per documents to avoid customer complaints and stock variations.
12. Ensure all invoices are returned to the warehouse on the same day of delivery, signed by the customer as proof of delivery.
13. Ensure that picking and delivery staff are regularly trained/qualified, and their performance is regularly reviewed to achieve desired picking/delivery accuracy.
14. Prepare all kinds of stock and productivity-related reports.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

1. Graduate in B. Com or Equivalent Experience.
2. 3 years supervisory experience in Logistics & Supply Chain.
3. Knowledge of Wamas, Manhattan, and Excel.
4. Must have automation experience with conveyor belts and the Putwall area.
