Role Purpose
We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of a team or department to ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency. The specific job description of a supervisor can vary depending on the industry, but typical responsibilities include team management, training and development, performance monitoring, problem-solving, reporting and documentation, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, including regular audits and resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Monitor equipment usage and schedule maintenance as needed.
• Train and mentor staff to improve efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Generate and maintain reports on operations, inventory, and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
