Warehouse Supervisor

Supervision and Leadership:

Inventory Management:

1. Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of automobile spare parts.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records using software.
3. Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.

Operations Management:

1. Plan and organize warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.
2. Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
3. Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.

Safety and Compliance:

1. Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
2. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
3. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Quality Control:

1. Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the integrity of spare parts.
2. Address and resolve any issues related to damaged or defective products.

Reporting and Documentation:

1. Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and productivity metrics.
2. Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and transactions.
