Role Responsibilities

• Receive and process warehouse stock products and shipments.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
• Maintain an organized inventory by accurately sorting and storing products.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Label products and packages accurately to ensure proper tracking and delivery.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock audits as required.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and warehouse policies at all times.
• Report any discrepancies or issues in inventory to the supervisor.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
• Unload incoming shipments and organize products in designated areas.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup following shipping guidelines.
• Work closely with other warehouse staff to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Assist in training new staff members on warehouse procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with basic inventory management software is a plus.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a warehouse setting.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and order processing.
• Previous experience operating pallet jacks and other material handling equipment preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
