Warehouse Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

Key Responsibilities Will Include

1. Leading the Warehouse team, process, and procedure improvement initiatives
2. Escalation point for team members on complex matters
3. Supporting the Unit strategy and planning in line with workload demands and business operations
4. Driving change, developing new ideas, creating future vision
5. Developing and implementing warehouse operation plans together with the Head of Equipment, and collaborating on other warehouse-related topics, important business decisions and strategies
6. Supporting customization of equipment and materials required for projects
7. Monitoring quality check, maintenance, and service routines for all equipment
8. Monitoring the workshop maintenance and service
9. Ensuring the ERP system is correctly utilized by all respective team members.

Your profile

1. Certificate / Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or another related field
2. Proven experience in warehouse management in the AVL sector, event management or another comparable industry with project-based business
3. Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
4. Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
5. Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
6. Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
7. Flexibility and ability to act confidently in a very dynamic environment
8. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
9. Assertiveness, persuasiveness, enthusiasm (inspire and excite)
10. High motivation and sense of responsibility
