Warehouse Manager

Rubber World Industry, a leading manufacturer of HVAC products in UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
2. Ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and effectively, meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
3. Train and supervise warehouse staff, including forklift operators, warehouse associates, and supervisors.
4. Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage.
5. Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee inventory management processes, including stock counts and audits.
6. Implement and manage inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and ensure proper stock levels.
7. Develop and enforce safety procedures and protocols to minimize workplace accidents and injuries.
8. Analyze warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
9. Implement best practices and technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
10. Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, including key metrics such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and inventory levels.
11. Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving documents, inventory logs, and safety reports.
12. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders.
13. Monitor and control expenses to stay within budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
4. Proficiency in MS-Office and ERP software.
