Warehouse Helper

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Helper to join our team. This role involves a mix of warehouse duties and assisting our delivery driver. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, have basic English reading skills, and be a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Duties:
2. Loading and unloading goods (manually and using equipment like pallet jacks).
3. Organizing and storing inventory.
4. Picking and packing orders.
5. Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
6. Checking goods for damages and reporting discrepancies.

1. Delivery Assistance:
2. Assisting the driver with loading and unloading deliveries.
3. Navigating and providing directions (using basic map reading or verbal instructions).
4. Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
5. Providing excellent customer service during deliveries.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Basic English reading skills (to understand labels, instructions, and delivery addresses).
2. Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
3. Reliable and punctual.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Prior warehouse or delivery experience is a plus but not required.
7. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
