Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support warehouse operations and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth handling of materials and compliance with UAE customs regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in warehouse operations including receiving, packing, and dispatching materials.
• Ensure accurate documentation and system updates for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate logistics requirements including freight arrangements and customs compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper storage of materials.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely processing of shipments.
• Adhere to safety and operational procedures within the warehouse.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse coordination or a similar logistics role.
• Strong understanding of UAE customs requirements for shipments.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
