Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
  • Ensure inventory is organized and stored in the correct locations.
  • Maintain and update the inventory map using Excel.
  • Receive containers and make relevant updates in inventory map.
• Documentation:
  • Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and packing lists.
• Loading/Unloading Supervision:
  • Supervise and assist in loading and unloading goods.
• Stock Monitoring:
  • Coordinate with the eCommerce team to track and report low-stock items.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp, Google Drive, and basic computer usage.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is mandatory.
• Willingness to relocate and stay in the company-provided staff accommodation in Ajman.

Compensation:

• Salary: AED 1,200 to 1,800, based on experience and skill set.
• Overtime: Paid as per the prevailing rate.
