Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners (if certified).
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of goods.
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Follow health and safety regulations in the workplace.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role (UAE experience preferred).
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or shifts when required.
