Job Purpose: Warehouse & logistics Junior Assistant complete support tasks as assigned by the Warehouse & Logistics team to ensure tools & material/logistics requests raised by maintenance are fulfilled in a safe and effective manner and are complete in accordance with dept. standard operating procedures (SOPs).

In this role you will:

1. Perform daily Warehouse and Logistics support tasks at assigned functional areas including:
   • Goods Inwards
   • Main Stores
   • Sub Stores
   • Tool Stores
   • Line Maintenance
   • Outstation Support
   • Spares Distribution sections
2. Support Assistants and Senior Assistants in performing Warehouse and Logistics activities efficiently and effectively to meet customer SLA and team sectional targets.
3. Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Engineering Procedure Manual (EPM) are followed at all times while adhering to safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
4. Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and carry out system transactions (Handheld Devices) related to Warehouse & Logistics activities as per the assignment.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. 10 Years schooling or equivalent
2. Minimum 1 year work experience as an associate in Warehouse and logistics.
3. Knowledge/Skills: Basic English language skills and physical fitness. A valid UAE drivers licence/Airside Driving Permit (ADP) would be an added advantage.
