Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment to meet customer demands.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for all staff and comply with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation planning and route optimization, to minimize costs and enhance delivery performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, manage stock movements, and generate accurate reports.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability to ensure high productivity and morale.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and equipment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
• Manage budgets and forecasts related to warehouse operations, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to enhance warehouse operations and improve service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field to ensure a solid foundation in industry principles.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
• Relevant certifications such as APICS CPIM or CLTD to showcase expertise in supply chain and logistics best practices.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in e-commerce or retail, to understand the dynamics of high-volume operations.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to optimize inventory and logistics.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred, to effectively communicate with diverse teams and clients.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions that enhance operational efficiency.
