Job Description

Urgent hiring requirement for the post of Recruitment Specialist in Markai Group.

Location - Dubai - Near Deira City Centre
(Hindi & English communication mandatory)

Candidates available in UAE should only apply.

Job role:

• Sourcing candidates from job portals and scheduling interviews.
• Able to manage recruitment team.
• Recruiting internal staff like Sales agents, Team leaders, Managers, Operations.
• Manage day-to-day operations tasks of HR.
• Maintain Excel reports and HRMS portal.
• Internal team coordination.
• Interviewing candidates and shortlisting for final round with Process head.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good Excel knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years bulk hiring experience preferred.
• Experience in BFSI Industry preferred.
• Min 1 year UAE experience will be an added advantage.
• Team handling experience preferred.

Salary negotiable up to 4000 AED based on experience + Visa + Insurance provided by company.
